Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written in plain language on purpose. It covers the website at adimate.online only. If you later get an account in ADIMATE itself, the product has its own terms and privacy information, which you will see before you sign up.

We are the data controller in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have not appointed a data protection officer; write to the address above for anything related to your data.
2. What we collect, and why
| When | What | Why, and on what basis |
|---|---|---|
| You visit the site | Technical data that every web server records: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser and operating system (user agent), the page you came from. | To deliver the pages, keep the service secure and find faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, fixed period and then deleted. |
| You use the form ("Request access", "Book a demo" or similar) | Your name, your email address, the role you pick (freelancer, team, company and the like), any optional fields you fill in (company name, website), the address of the page you sent the form from, your IP address, user agent and browser language, and the time. | To answer your request, send you one confirmation email, and contact you about access to ADIMATE. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). IP, user agent and time are kept to prevent abuse of the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |
| You email us | Your email address and whatever you write. | To reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on what the message is about. |
We do not use the form data for marketing lists. You get one confirmation email and then only replies to your request. There is no newsletter.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to click. If that changes, this policy will change first.
4. Fonts
The pages load the typeface Chakra Petch from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font files, it sends your IP address to Google LLC (USA). Google's handling of that data is described in Google's privacy policy. Transfers to Google are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may move the fonts onto our own server to avoid this; if we do, this section will be removed.
5. Where the data is stored and who sees it
- Hosting and email: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Form requests and the emails they generate are stored and sent on Infomaniak's servers in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, so no additional transfer safeguards are needed.
- Inside the company: only the people who answer requests see them.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, except where the law obliges us to.
6. How long we keep it
- Form requests: until your request is settled, and at most 24 months after the last contact about it, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or an account in ADIMATE follows, in which case the product's rules apply.
- Server logs: the retention period set by the hosting provider, typically a few weeks.
- Email correspondence: as long as needed for the matter it concerns, and as long as tax or commercial law requires where a contract follows.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy (access),
- correct it (rectification),
- delete it (erasure), unless we are legally required to keep it,
- restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- hand it over in a machine-readable format (portability), where the processing is based on a contract or consent.
Write to contact@dudkiewiczcorp.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For us that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl); you may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Is giving data required?
No. You can read everything on this site without telling us anything. If you want us to contact you about access or a demo, we need at least a way to reach you and a name to address you by; that is what the form asks for.
9. Children
This site and the products behind it are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
When something in how we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always at https://adimate.online/privacy.html.
